Silk Velvet?? *Good Place to Get Fabric*

I am going to re-make my Confessor Gown, but for a commission, and I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could grab some cheap(ish, as I know its not) Silk Velvet?

I want to make her version as close as I can...

I might turn this into a "Good Place to get Fabric" Thread if there are some awesome replies...

I know a lot of people buy this online from Silk Connection and such sites. I suspect spotlight might be able to get it in. I regularly see this fabric in their stores, just not in white Wink
Average price here seems to be around $30/m.
